333rd Issue of the LFCA

Welcome to today's edition of Connections Abound. The point to Lost and Found is to level the support playing field. When LFCA works correctly, the newest blogger with the smallest readership can receive the same level of support as the oldest blogger with the largest readership. Anyone can submit news to LFCA by clicking here.

Lost and Found is open to anyone in the
infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy-and-parenting after infertility, assisted conception, living child-free after infertility or loss community (as well as anyone I inadvertently missed on that list). Please support the list as well as anyone posting announcements below.

MISCELLANEOUS NEWS
New
  • Kirtsy'd Pick O' the Day: Please vote for this one from I Won't Fear Love. A response to Jindal's speech and an explanation for why our health care system should take into account all people rather than dividing the country into fortunate and unfortunate (with the fortunate not even understanding the definition of the word). How do you vote? Simply by clicking on the words "this one" above and then clicking on the post's title. Why the Kirtsy'd Pick O' the Day? Click on that link in the header navigation bar above for the story. And send me stuff!
  • Project: New IComLeavWe list went up this morning with a new way to do sign-up. It will enable me to send out a reminder email on the 20th as well as a "remove the icon from your blog" reminder on the 28th.

  • Submissions: Exhale: A Literary Magazine is now seeking your infertility-and-pregnancy/infant-loss-related essays, poetry, art, and photography submissions for the second Artistic Exhalation (ArtEx) Award. Deadline is Friday, April 10th, 2009. The theme of this award is Turning Points. For information, go to www.exhalezine.com and click "ArtEx" award, or e-mail Monica LeMoine, Editor, at monica@exhalezine.com.

Bodhi's link doesn't work for me. It goes to her site, but it's as if the post has been removed. :(
