Wednesday's Connections Abound

Welcome to today's edition of Connections Abound. The Lost and Found page is permanently located beneath this current post. Old Connections Abound can be accessed via the date or subject archives listed on the sidebar. Check the submissions page, FAQ, and ways to get involved for additional information. Email me at with any questions/concerns.

Lost and Found is open to anyone in the infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy-and-parenting after infertility, assisted conception, living child-free after infertility or loss community (as well as anyone I inadvertently missed on that list). Please support the list as well as anyone posting announcements below.

Connections Abound

  • Quiet news and announcement's day... My friend is coming in about three hours. Um... Grey's Anatomy is on tomorrow night... Um... Anything else?
  • Leave a wish. Support a wish.
  • Heather at Unexplain This recently went password protected and moved her site to Wordpress. If you were a reader and didn't get her email, please send her a note to get the password.
NEW BLOGS (started in September or October of 2007)
BIRTHDAYS AND ANNIVERSARIES:A new section. Celebrate your birthday or blogoversary with the community. Send me dates for October/November right now and I'll post them on the correct day.
  • Ooops--I'm late. Mrs. T celebrated her anniversary on October 15th. You can still go over and wish her a happy anniversary.
  • None Today.
MISCELLANEOUS SUPPORT:Bed rest, scary scans, OHSS, and a host of other reasons why these bloggers could use some additional support right now. Also, celebrations!
  • Debby is having some spotting and is going in for an ultrasound on Thursday. Please go over and give her good thoughts. She has had three losses and spotting is scary in any pregnancy.
  • LJ is waiting for her beta results. They're coming between 2--4 p.m. today. Please go over and keep her company.
  • None Today.

I could use some advice and you ladies are always so wonderful, so I come to you. I just got off the phone with my endo's nurse. The doc says my testosterone is elevated so I have PCOS and need to start met.formin tonight. I really shocked as my values were in the normal range so I wrote that diagnosis off last week. Any info would be helpful. Thank you so much!
