Friday's Connections Abound

  • IComLeavWe is over. Sniff. The new list goes up Monday on September 1st.
  • Bridges continues to post daily. And it continues to be an amazing resource for insight into a multitude of worlds. And I'm not just saying that because I work on it.
  • Question: Sunny has a question about a strange IM shot (complete with fountain of blood). Head over if you can help.
  • Giveaway: A Sense of Humour is Essential is having a giveaway. "I'm having a Giveaway Contest for my Inaugural "WTF Wednesdays". Come over to my blog and if you can correctly guess the location and details of the picture, a bottle of Organic Shower Gel in either Lavender or Tuberose will be All Yours."
  • Just Needed to Post This: I received a random email this week that has nothing to do with IF but I still feel the need to post it. The 8th Annual NYC International Pickle Day:

  • Project: Lori from Weebles Wobblog has launched Perfect Moment Mondays. You'll need to click over to read the details to participate. But I love this idea of holding onto those single moments each week. It feels like this way to create an online scrapbook within your blog.
  • Giveaway: Those crazy ladies at All Thumbs are giving away another book; this one is Fully Fertile. And it has yoga poses--how can you go wrong with yoga?
  • I have 42 posts currently for the first 100 Words project. Please click over to read and participate. The entries thus far have been incredible. My goal is to have a minimum of 48 so I can run a post every half hour. They are some of the most moving pieces of writing I've read all month.
  • If you notice another loading slow down or receive error messages for Stirrup Queens or Lost and Found, please let me know. Now I'm nervous every time I add anything to the side bar!

  • Rebekah is officially a waiting family. Their profile is out on the agency’s website. May their wait be short and sweet.
  • Antigone is twenty weeks and has been having cervix pain. Go and give her reassurance.
  • This week marks the 1st anniversary of lemmondrops learning she has cancer. Please remember with her.
  • Beth could really use some kind words right now as the shoes seems to be dropping every two seconds. Please offer her some support.
  • MerrieB got some good bloodwork tests back yesterday that confirmed she had ovulated. Celebrate with her and wait with until her her next appointment- the HSG.
  • Tammy needs some support right now. Work is miserable at the moment.
  • Helping Make Sense had her cycle converted. Please go over and give her support.
  • My Scar Smiles at Me is ready to start her first donor egg cycle. Go wish her good luck!
  • Iwantitvmuch is going for her FET on Monday.
  • Singletracy had her transfer on Wednesday.
  • Lori at Just Nesting is in the 2WW.
BEDREST BABES: on bedrest following infertility or loss and needing support. Drop in on them and keep them company.
  • Ten Times Crazier is in the hospital on bedrest for contractions and her cervix is dilating. She will be in the hospital until 34 weeks or until the twins come.
  • Gas Passer is on bedrest for the rest of her pregnancy.
  • Rebecca at My F*cked up Uterus is on modified bedrest and due in less than a month.
  • A Uterus Divided is on hospital bedrest.

  • Lucia got married and is fourteen week pregnant! Yippee! Go congratulate her.
  • Shlomit from You're Still Young has a positive pregnancy test and a great beta.
