543rd Issue of the LFCA

Welcome to today's edition of Connections Abound. The point of Lost and Found is to level the support playing field. When LFCA works correctly, the newest blogger with the smallest readership can receive the same level of support as the oldest blogger with the largest readership. Anyone can submit news to LFCA by clicking here.

Lost and Found is open to anyone in the
infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy-and-parenting after infertility, assisted conception, living child-free after infertility or loss community (as well as anyone I inadvertently missed on that list). Please support the list as well as anyone posting announcements below.

Does anyone know what happened to Yaya Stuff's blog?

I was going to leave support for Saige and Chelle, and I found that both of their Feb. 19 posts were the same.

Meredith--I don't know. I emailed both bloggers and removed the blurbs until I understand why the posts are the same.

Hi folks, I have to say up front I am sorry this happened. I have two blogs and have been very clear on both of my blogs that one was a primary in which all of my family, friends, and coworkers are invited to read, and then my secondary blog was an anonymous blog where I could reach out to other women who are going through PPD or any form of depression. I didn't want people IRL to know I had PPD or depression. I put up a tough facade to everyone, and very few people knew what I was going through.

I had no idea anyone would submit either of my blogs to LFCA. When I started to get comments on both blogs, I clicked over here and saw my cover was blown. It kind of made me sick because I feared people IRL would find my anon blog.

I have never posted the same post on both blogs before Friday because they both served very different purposes. But when I recieved my bad news on Friday, I couldn't bring myself to write to separate posts, but wanted all of my blog friends to know what was going on and why I might not be around for a while.

I apologize if anyone feels in any way that I was decietful, but all of my regular readers have known the background to my secondary blog all along. In fact, I have a post up opting out of ICLW from yesterday that even explains this story again.

Thank you Meredith for thinking of me. I am sorry if this situation confused you or anyone else.
