636th Issue of the LFCA

Welcome to today's edition of Connections Abound. The point of Lost and Found is to level the support playing field. When LFCA works correctly, the newest blogger with the smallest readership can receive the same level of support as the oldest blogger with the largest readership. Anyone can submit news to LFCA by clicking here.

Lost and Found is open to anyone in the infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy-and-parenting after infertility, assisted conception, living child-free after infertility or loss community (as well as anyone I inadvertently missed on that list). • Typepad to Wordpress: If you have a blog using Typepad/Movable Type, it looks like they're going the way of the dodo. ALI Bloggers Calliope and LJ of Plaid House Designs are offering a special for LFCA readers looking to move their blogs to WordPress.
• Invite-Only: Elizabeth is taking her blog private. If you wish to continue to follow her, please leave a comment with your email.
• Activism: Boo's sister recently underwent surgery for a brain tumor. She is raising money to help with cancer research. Please go and help if you wish.

• Expecting a Miracle will need support on Friday, the day she learned the baby had no heartbeat. Sunday is the date of her D&C.

BEDREST BABES: on bedrest following infertility or loss and needing support. Drop in on them and keep them company.

• Jen had a rescue cerclage at 27 weeks and is now in the hospital on bedrest for the duration.
  
• Amy is on modified bed rest with her twins.
• Rachel has been diagnosed with an incompetent cervix and placed on bedrest. Right now, their goal is to make it to 28-29 weeks. Please go offer her support.
