734th Issue of the LFCA

Welcome to today's edition of Connections Abound. The point of Lost and Found is to level the support playing field. When LFCA works correctly, the newest blogger with the smallest readership can receive the same level of support as the oldest blogger with the largest readership. Lost and Found is open to anyone in the
infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy-and-parenting after infertility, assisted conception, living child-free after infertility or loss community (as well as anyone I inadvertently missed on that list). Please support the list as well as anyone posting announcements below.

  • Missing Blogger: A reader asks, "Has anyone heard from Dee? She last posted in March of 2011 and had been going through a tough time. I checked her new blog as well, and no posts. I've been thinking about her a lot... her Boxer girl turned 3 in January and wanted to make sure she was okay."

  • An Adopted Life attended her last Resolve Infertility Support Group meeting. They now have an adopted son. Hop over to send them some love as the move into a new chapter of their lives and to read their touching letter they read to the group at their last meeting.
  • Mrs. T just learned that one of her tubes is completely blocked from a previous ectopic removal. She could use some encouragement.
BEDREST BABES: on bedrest following infertility or loss and needing support. Drop in on them and keep them company. Blurbs running underneath the "new" line are from this week, and the ones above that line will disappear on Sunday. Please do not re-list bedrest blurbs.

PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NEWS
  • The Wife got a BFP after four BFNs. While technically she's 9 weeks, she's concerned about the BFP not showing up till so late. Also she took provera to start the next cycle after the fourth BFN and is worried about possible birth defects. Please share your stories with her and give her comfort with your congratulations.
BIRTH AND ADOPTION ANNOUNCEMENTS
  • Abracadabra Baby welcomed a healthy baby boy last month -- unaffected by adrenoleukodystrophy thanks to IVF with PGD.
