The first phase is rallying support for your application. So, if you have a second to spare, please go to my application page http://www.veritymom.com/blog/applicant-33-katie-henry.html and leave a comment. The second phase will be voting, which begins September 21, if I am selected to be a finalist. Thank you so much!"

- SHARE Southern Vermont: The support group is run by a fellow blogger and they could use help this fall--and you can be located anywhere in the world. Specifically, to prepare for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day on October 15th, they need (1) people to crochet white ornaments, (2) people to make memory boxes, (3) people to make simple, homemade condolence cards, (4) raffle donations of all shapes, sizes and values monetary donations. If you want to help, head to the blog for details.
- Forums: If you are not a member of the forums, you will not have access to the LFCA on days when we are utilizing an open thread in the forums instead of posting on this site. Any blog reader or writer can become a member of the forums by clicking here and registering. On days when we don't have the LFCA, it also follows that I'll be slow on approving new members (that whole lack of Internet access thing) so please be patient.
